Can you expand on what conference development entails? And how you bring the social media creativity you mentioned in to your work?
I'm interested to see how other people use these tools... gives me a chance to compare my methods and how I can improve.

Hi Kyle, I work for an educational conference development company. My company produces conferences on Financial Reporting, Human Resources, Operational Risk, and our newest conference is Social Media Web 2.0. The Social Media conference which was handed over to me to market, started my obsession with social media. At work, I create partnerships with well known social media blogs such as One Degree, to promote our conference.
I have also been reading a lot of other peoples blogs on social media so that I can learn what type of people are using it and what they are using it for. This sort of information helps our company develop a better conference.
